Bill Coffin
I first met Bill Coffin while a student in seminary. In fact, I to introduce him at a campus event sponsored by “The Ethics Luncheon” – if I can find the tape and covert it from VCR to digital format, I will post it here. Don’t know who Coffin is? Do a Google Search. You’ll find all kinds of things. He was an author, preacher, pastor, prophet, progressive, passivist – an all around gadfly for many. But each time I cross paths with him (or his writings) I was challenged.
Between now and Christmas I am going to share some thoughts from Coffin that I hope will inspire you – and a few that might frustrate. Let’s state with inspire:
