The Patterson Avenue Baptist Church has had a several decade long partnership with The Virginia Home
The home provides compassionate and professional residential care to adult Virginians with irreversible physical disabilities, ensuring that their lifelong comfort and security will never be compromised regardless of ability to pay.
On Sunday, July 13, 2014, the Rev. Mike Hamilton, chaplain at the Virginia Home, attended worship with the Patterson Avenue Baptist congregation and share some of the history of the Virginia Home, our partnership with its residents, and the joy he experiences ministering among its residents.
